Read this page to see how easing upon the carbs can really help. Note that this NOT a Keto Diet per se! Yes, you cut back on carbs and bump up some fats and protein, but it is NOT the "drink whipping cream with your coffee" route. I tried a week of way increased fats (with meats) and had to quit. It was not good. I don't really eat much meat and that was the hard switch to start eating meats. Anyway, there are ways to get this done and I am ready for a revised test periods.
