Okay, I'll dare to hang my numbers out to see how the month develops.
First number is GL before walking, the > number is after 30 min. walk: And I may as well throw in my BP since it WAS 130+ as an average until I joined the beet generation! Here we go...
1 May: 86 > 71 ; BP: 106/55
2 May: 143 > 81 ; BP: 90/50 (the 143 GL was too close to breakfast)
3 May: 105 > 85 ; BP 107/56
4 May: 140 > 109 (140 GL after Taco Bell, then 109 after 20 min. treadmill ! Too hot, I quit.)
5 May: 116 > 76 ; BP 87/51
6 May: 109 > ? : BP 111/67 (No walk today. Spent the whole day reloading my phone!)

8 May: 105 > 64 ; BP 107/61 (Whoa, too low. Ate a lemon pie)
